A practical starting point

A little preparation makes the conversation clearer.

A wallcovering conversation goes more smoothly when the room, material, and wall surface are easy to describe. That does not mean you need to have every answer before you reach out.

What can help

Share what you have; leave the rest for the conversation.

A room photo, product link, or a simple note about the wall can be useful. If you know the approximate measurements, include them. Photos and measurements are optional, not a gate to getting in touch.

Let us know if the wall has existing wallpaper, visible texture, recent paint, repairs, or anything else that may matter. That context helps put the surface in the right place in the discussion.

When an in-person look would help

Ask whether an on-site review could help.

Call to discuss whether an on-site consultation, wall inspection or measurement visit could be arranged. A visit, its timing and any other arrangements are subject to confirmation; asking does not book one.

The wall comes first

Preparation is part of the design decision.

Surface condition helps define the work. Existing covering and adhesive may need removal; uneven patches or loose paint may need attention; product instructions may call for a suitable primer. Mention dampness or an unresolved moisture concern before any decorative finish is planned.

The estimate can also depend on wall height, openings, access, the chosen covering and its repeat. Matching patterns or arranging mural panels can require material allowance beyond a simple square-foot calculation. These are scope factors, not a fixed price formula.

Before you reach out

Do I need exact measurements before contacting you?

No. Approximate information can be useful when you have it, but a description of the room is a valid place to begin.

What if I am concerned about the condition of the wall?

Say what you have noticed and include a photo if it is convenient. Surface concerns are best raised early, not hidden behind the pattern choice.

A simple description is enough to start.

Call to talk it through, or send the room, material, and question in the form when it suits you.
